Can doing (Total 6 restarts on a laptop within 2 days damage/harm lapt

I would like to ask can this do damage to the laptop/Hard drive if restarted for 6 times in 2 days since I have factory restored laptop + installing loads of window updates. I'm a bit worried about it

Nope - it will not hurt a thing. There are computers that I restart several times each hour.

Perhaps other forum members have a different opinion.
