Can hear sound while mute

Hi guys!I have problem inmy Acer 4736G...When i mute my speakers or lower the volume to minimum i still can hear sounds if i play music or youtube or anywhere if go music...I check the sound option but everything is ok...Pls help!

Do you lower the system volume or only the 3rd party volume. You need to mute the system volume via control panel.
