Solved Can I change PSU fan?

Update.
Done! The tech said the original ADDA was kindda crappy.
Replaced with a Scythe Slipstream (same flow, higher static pressure), much quieter now.

Good to hear you got a qualified tech to do the job. Scythe fans are quite good, I used to use them. I went to Noctuas for airflow but they don't have real high static pressure.
