Solved Can i customize taskbar completely (Not just change color and Opacity)

Hi, I'm CrazyKilla

I was wondering if i could customize my taskbar completly, i know that you can change the colour of it and change opacity but can you fully give it a texture or something? Like maybe a black taskbar with blue lines or something?

the taskbar image I posted is the result of installing one of Mr. Grimm's custom dark themes (see Themes forum above). I therefore suspect that designing a custom taskbar ONLY, is a possibilty.
