Can i delete ALL EMPTY FOLDERS created by windows and others?

i have alot of empty folders. these folders annoys me! :)) i wonder if i can delete them...​

Generally yes, at least I've never seen any harm from deleting any empty folders. If they're used by Windows, they'll often be recreated right away though.

Don't be annoyed by them. They don't take up any disk space at all.
