Hello ;

Anti NetCut.exe is located in the folder "C:\Program Files". The file size on Windows 7/XP is 45,139 bytes.
There is an icon for this program on the taskbar next to the clock. The program has a visible window. Program has no file description. It is not a Windows system file. Therefore the technical security rating is 22% dangerous.

If Anti NetCut.exe is located in a subfolder of "C:\Program Files", the security rating is 0% dangerous. The file size is 69,694 bytes. The program has a visible window. Some people think it is not dangerous. There is no file information. Program is loaded during the Windows boot process (see Registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run). The file is not a Windows core file.
If problems with Anti NetCut.exe come up, you can uninstall the associated program (Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove programs > Anti Netcut 2).

Important: Some malware camouflages itself as Anti NetCut.exe, particularly when located in the c:\windows or c:\windows\system32 folder. Therefore, you should check the Anti NetCut.exe process on your PC to see if it is a threat .

@sle3pingz:

Those files are located in your previous System Restore Points, so it's easier to just remove them:

System Restore

To manually create a new Restore Point

  • Go to Control Panel and select System and Maintenance
  • Select System
  • On the left select Advance System Settings and accept the warning if you get one
  • Select System Protection Tab
  • Select Create at the bottom
  • Type in a name i.e. Clean
  • Select Create
Now we can purge the infected ones

  • Go back to the System and Maintenance page
  • Select Performance Information and Tools
  • On the left select Open Disk Cleanup
  • Select Files from all users and accept the warning if you get one
  • In the drop down box select your main drive i.e. C
  • For a few moments the system will make some calculations
  • Select the More Options tab
  • In the System Restore and Shadow Backups select Clean up
  • Select Delete on the pop up
  • Select OK
  • Select Delete
You are now done
