I know this sounds silly. But currently I am working on a kiosk and just want to start the Tablet PC Input (keyboard) and immediate minimize it. Is there any setting I can try under Window 7? Because every time I open the Tablet PC Input, it would be centralized on the screen. I want to start it and it immediate hide to the left without clicking anything.

Thanks in advance

Hi Hikigaya,

I tried, but could not find a way to 'minimize' the 'Tablet PC Input' interface when not in use. The utility offers an option to 'dock' the 'work area' in different parts of the screen. You may want to place a shortcut of the application on the 'desktop screen'. That will allow you to launch the program directly from the 'main screen' and close it when not in use. On closing the application, the program gets refreshed (Current data gets lost if not saved). However, the 'Tablet PC interface' hides itself and can be retrieved by dragging it from the left side of the display screen.

To create a shortcut, click the 'Start icon' > Type 'Tablet' in the 'Search text box' > Right click 'Tablet PC Input Panel' from the 'search results' > Go to 'Send To' > Select 'Desktop (Shortcut)'

You may want to have a look at the following video that I tried creating for you; please check the attachment.

Hope this helps.
