Since latest updates earlier this week photoshop & firefox & a few others seem to be suffering. e.g. Photoshop barely manages to open after an unbearably long time.
Can I roll back / uninstall latest windows updates? I'm sure they are the source of my woes.

You right- clicked on Update History - you have to click Installed Updates and then you right click the update and you will see "Uninstall".
