I have installed in my computer a second HDD that I use only for backups.
The question is Can I sync folders on my C drive with folders on that second drive.?
This is so I will have a current second copy of the accountant work I am doing.

Synctoys works great to sync, echo or contribute your files from source folder to sync'd folder. Use Task Scheduler to set the frequency and rules for it to run SyncToys as shown here: Schedule SyncToy to Run Automatically With Task Scheduler in Windows 7 - How-To Geek

I sync my User folders to the cloud using MS Skydrive 25gb free storage.

Twice a week Synctoys does a backup of each User folder to a Backups folder also stored on Skydrive, using the Contribute choice which means it only adds to the backup but deletes nothing so I have a complete archive.

The backup method is complete enough I am thinking of skipping the C User folders altogether and just linking the User folders on Skydrive to the related Library - Include a Folder - Windows 7 Forums so each of my devices is drawing from the same set of User folders. If an accidental deletion is made on any device, it can be retrieved from the Recycle Bin and re-sync'd, if the Recycle Bin has been emptied then the backup will also contain it.
