My question is: can i upgrade in 64 bits system? or is it only for 32bits system? And finally, I'm gonna do it in a new computer (no software installed), I need anything in special for make an anytame upgrade?

P.s: i'm asking this because I want to be sure before buying a key.

Thank you very much!

Just to avoid any confusion:
  1. If you are using Windows Anytime Upgrade, you need to have Windows installed first. You then need to click Windows Anytime Upgrade in your Start folder, buy a new product key, and then use that for the upgrade.
  2. If you are buying an upgrade disc then you need this tutorial, as already suggested: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/31402-clean-install-upgrade-windows-7-version.html
  3. The operating system you are using with the upgrade disc does not have to be installed, but you do need the genuine product key that goes with it.
You can upgrade from 32-bits to 32-bits. You can upgrade from 64-bits to 64-bits. What you can't do is upgrade from 32-bits to 64-bits, which would need to be a clean install.
