I have been building a htpc for the media room.I have 1 computer with Win7 Pro on it which is old and out dated with very little use. I have a newer one with Win8 Pro on it(upgraded from Win7 premium) and runs great. I want to use one of these OS with the htcp. Preferably Win7 Pro because of WMC. Which one if any could I install with out any EULA problems. I do not want to but another version/copy of windows just to watch/stream vids,Blu-ray and games. Please advise
You certainly cannot use the one that's been upgraded.
You may only use the other one if it is a Full Retail license - if it was preinstalled, then it's an OEM license which cannot be moved to a new computer.

Thanks for your response NoelDP ... the Win7 Pro is Full retail I bought when Win7 first came out. Win 7 premium was oem that I up grated to Win8Pro so that's a no go.
So then I can just install it like I would naturally with the same key as before?
