Now one more thing: Windows Vista can't detect my ethernet controller (3Com 3C920 Integrated Fast Ethernet Controller). I don't know, if I able to connect my D-Link wireless controller by USB. Because the USB ports are USB 1.0. I really need ethernet, because I need Windows Update to update my Video controller.

Enable Automatically deliver drivers via Windows Update (Step 3)
then plug in ethernet cable and see if it loads the driver in the System tray. If not what is listed under Network Adapters in Device Manager? Are there any devices showing in error (!) in Device Manager?

Go to the Support Downloads webpage for the PC model to download the Ethernet and Display driver to stick, install them if necessary in http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/316-compatibility-mode.html.

Once you get online, check for Updates, install all Important and Optional Updates until no more are offered after each requested reboot.
