The key that you have for Win7 will work with 32bit or 64bit. You will need to get a copy of the software and perform a clean install: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1649-clean-install-windows-7-a.html

The shop should not have installed 32bit as you have 6G of RAM and 32bit can only allocate 4G of it and system access at ~3.25G.

if you feel uncomfortable doing an install, I would take it to the shop and have them put the correct version back on for no charge since it was done in their error.

thank you so much for the answer .. I didn't need to format it at first , but when I found out that I can't connect m laptop to HDMI anymore and other problems I felt so bad ...
I appreciate your help guys , I'll install win7 64Bit and get back my strong laptop :D

I'm not sure they'll do it free because they need me to confirm I bought it from there .. and if I went there I'll kill a man or 2 after what they did
but I'll make a clean install myself since it's so easy =)

thanks a lot for helping ...

As for where to find your system info:
1. Right-click computer in the start menu, and select "properties".
2. Right-click computer in the start menu, and select "manage" to open the management utility.

And for your main question, it's basically as Thorsen says, you have 6GB of RAM, so if you want to make full use of it, you should install 64 bit windows.

A question from my side, why on earth did they install 32 bit on it in the repair shop?

Because a lot of times, repair shops are a good place to start out with working with computers. No doubt the assignment of doing an install, a relatively easy process, was given to someone with less experience. Install went well, but an unexperienced tech might have missed that the wrong version was installed. and since it works, no one double checked.... just my opinion...
