Can not play flash games or watch online videos

Every time i try and play a flash game or watch a video online it will play for 4 or 5 seconds then my computer will crash or freeze up, and there is this horrible electronic grating sound. The only way to stop it is to do a hard shutdown. I am running Windows 7 home premium 64bit if that helps.

Also it does not crash when playing games like Oblivion and A.V.A just games on websites.

Also i canot get audio some times so i have to reboot my system.

Uninstall Flash using Revo Uninstaller to make sure it gets completely removed. Then do a reboot and reinstall Flash Player.
