Solved Can not uninstall GTA San Andreas after modding!Had to use shiftdelete

Title explains it all,I can no longer uninstall the game.
I deleted the file,using shift delete,and I still can't get rid of the program from the program list.

Same error while using this uninstaller.
I can't seem to install the program either (gta SA)
