When I ALWAYS try to open a file/upload a file into a website such as this forum and even Blogger, it would not allow me to go into the other libraries such as Desktop and Pictures. I will include a photo.
How may I get rid of this error? I think it's a Win. 7 issue.
If this has just recently started, then you could do a system restore using a restore point (if available) dated before this started to hopefully fix it.

If you mean that your navigation pane is blank when you try to not be able to navigate, then a system restore could be the fastest way to possibly fix this if it's an available option.

Okay, when I was looking in my library to view my photos (not to upload them), the navigation buttons (back and forward) were different. Could this be something?
But, relating to the problem, the navigation page IS completely blank and only lets me search through the "Downloads" folder. Is there something I could set maybe in the Registry Editor or something like that?
Other browsers=sorta. While using IE10, the navigation pane is blank but the main area is the desktop. But when I open a folder to explore it, it will not let me go back/sticks to that folder.
And for windows explorer, i can use the navigation pane in Explorer.
And for the most recent reply, I did it and Navigation pane was already selected. Still have the issue.
Yeah, you have navigation pane turned on, but it's empty for some reason when it should not be.
For now, run a sfc /scannow command to see if finds and can repair any corrupted or modified system files that will hopefully fix this for you. You may need to run it a few times followed by a restart after each time.
