Solved can only see a small corner of the email page

my email page seems to have all but dissappeared! I can only see the top left hand corner, cant see the top right hand boxes to enlarge, I can only see the top row of boxes as far as part of the send & recieve box.

Any ideas how to fix this, bearing in mind I am not at all technical

Hi there Why are you using such an old program .. When Windows Live Mail is available .. Outlook Express is not designed for Windows 7

oops, sorry it is windows live mail, just I was using outlook express for years before that so my brain has not adjusted

Hi there ... Try this Control Panel Programs and Features .. Select Windows Live Essentials . Then at the top click change and then select Repair

Hi again, I did what you advised, it said it had been repaired but it is still the same

I have taken a screenshot but the email box does not show up. As I cant actually get into my emails I dont know how I can get it to show up in a screenshot?

If you can see it on your screen (monitor) the Snipping Tool should work. I understand you can't see all of the email page. Seeing what you can see might help us understand things and then again it might not.

See what this does,
Hold down the Ctrl key and press the numbers 0 key,
Possibly the Zoom setting is set to high ?
You might also try holding down the Windows logo key and press either the Left arrow key or the right arrow key.

Don't mean to sound silly but have you tried dragging the mail window into correct position?

It looks like you just have only part of the Live Mail window being displayed.
Can you just left mouse click on the Live Mail Title bar and drag the window "upward and to the left" so you can see all of the window?
Then release the left mouse button.

Thanks guys, dragged it left and its sorted, dont know why I didn't think of that, I was trying to move it with the up and down arrows to no avail.

If you would of held down the Windows logo key rb: it would of worked well the Up key anyway
