Also have an Asus ha1002xp netbook with Win 7 Ultimate installed.
The BIOS is very specific to the make and model of the Motherboard. There may be more than one BIOS labeled as American Megatrends inc 5.20 bios flashing with the wrong one could render your motherboard useless. Why do you want to update your BIOS?

You should know exactly what model you are using

But why do you need to update the Bios is there a issue that the Bios is supposed to fix?

If not there is no point in updating it you are just asking for problems if it happens to be the wrong bios driver
