Can we make the theme Black?

Without using a theme and without using transparency can we make the theme all black?

No... you will need a theme to do that....

Ya , I was afraid of that. They only give you a option for gray.

Hello Zomby,

In Windows Color & Appearance, I used these settings with a Aero theme for black borders.
