Solved can win 7 32/64 bit can run old games??

Guys recently i am going to buy a new computer.Here is the config which would like this:
Processor:core i3 3rd gen/core i 5 2500k
Ram:8 gb ddr3 1600mhz
Graphics:ATI 7770/7850
OS:win 7 32/64 bit
I want to play those games which was released from 1995-2006.I know i can play latest game smoothly but i also want to play old games.Can this game can be run of this config smoothly or tell me which i can play?

Windows 7 can play some older games just depends on which ones you want to play

Some old games will be a bit more difficult but those you can always play on Virtual XP if Win 7 is not compatible... I would go for an i5 just so you don't have to upgrade again soon.

Well, there are a lot of fixes to get older games to run. Like Dosbox, a Virtual PC, or Compatibility Mode.

Some of them work for some games, but not others. It can also be a little complex. You've got to jump through a few hoops to get some games to work.

Mostly though, yes. You may have to do a bit of modding or get an emulator running, but you can indeed run older games on a new PC.

Also, ditto on going with the i5. The rest of the specs are really nice, but that i3 core is going to be a bottleneck for the rest of the system if you get it.

Also, 64 bit OS. It's faster, and will still run 32 bit programs. 32 bit won't hurt you much right now, but a 64 bit OS will be more useful in the long run.

If you use Firefox and go with a 64 bit system, go with Waterfox. It's exactly the same thing as Firefox, but optimized for 64 bit systems.
