Can Win 7 cache picture thumbnails it finds on my Android phone?

I plug my phone into my PC via a microUSB cable to access the photographs on its microSD card. Every time I do so, I have to wait for Windows to generate the thumbnails of each photo and this takes quite a while. Is there some way that I can get Windows to cache the thumbnails so it doesn't have to generate them each time?

I don't believe so
Everything like this is a temporary file until you copy and paste to your machine
I would if your having issues simply change the view of the page on the top right next to the question mark to Details so you can just load the names
Then use the preview pane and scroll down or up the list with the up/ down arrows
Thumbnail to me are pretty useless unless they are extra large and is probably what your using too ?
