Can Windows 7 search Thunderbird email

Question: can desktop search built into Windows 7 successfully index and search Thunderbird email?

Dont know try for yourself - you could try to pin it to the task bar, and see if it has a jump list by right clicking the icon. Everything i have pinned to the taskbar has a jump list, but Thunderbird is a 3rd party email program, so I couldn't guarantee it.

So far I have been unable to bring up TB email content using Windows 7 Search programs and files. I have C: selected as one of the indexing options but no luck.

I have the TB icon in the task bar.

I'm hoping someone will post a solution here.
