While in windows explorer, is there a way to display the size of the folders in the "Size" column? Or at least have that information somewhere when selecting a folder?

Hiya pal :)

Just leave your mouse hovering over the folder and the pop-up balloon will show you the file size ;)

Thanks PooMan, but that's not exactly what I'm looking for. I'd like to see the size of all folders at the same time in order to compare their size or know exactly how much disk space is stored in each forlder faster.

I'm also using different display... View menu --> Details which might exlain better what I'm trying to say

That is only possible for files, not for folders (in Tiles or Content).

FreeCommander can show folder sizes. It has a button to toggle on and off since calculating the sizes takes time. There's a Button looks like a yellow folder with KB inside it that toggles the folder size display for the active pane. It's free and you can download it here:

FreeCommander - freeware file manager

Does not yet have a native 64 bit version. But that's on the way.
