Cancel audio from microphone

I unfortunately am working in a noisy environment. Is there a way I can set up windows to cancel out all audio that it hears from the microphone, so the only thing I hear through my headphones is quiet?

Hi Welcome to Seven Forums .. Go to the Control Panel /Sound / Recording Tab / Property's / Device Usage Disable ...

I don't want to turn the microphone off. I want the microphone to hear the noise in the room and play the opposite in the headphones to cancel out what its hearing.
