cannot access my microsoft stater package 2010..

When I attempt to open it the message reads MICROSOFT WORD STARTER 2010 CANNOT BE OPENED. TRY AGAIN OR REPAIR THE PRODUCT IN CONTROL PANEL. I attempted to repair and can't locate the repair link.

Open Control Panel, select Programs & Features, find Microsoft Office, Right Click on it & select Change & that should give you some options to try.
