It looks to me as if this install is counterfeit!
The motherboard is an ASUS one - the SLIC table in the BIOS is apparently and ACER one, and the Product Key is also an ACER one.
Add the fact that slmgr.vbs is unavailable, and the problems in the File Scan Data, which are classic signs of one of the more common Activation Exploits, and you have a definite Counterfeit install.

You should demand a refund from your vendor under threat of legal action.

Here's the giveaway details...

Windows Product Key: *****-*****-GK4PY-FDWYH-7TP9F - the ACER Key

The above are classic errors produced from using an Activation Exploit called RemoveWAT

SLIC ACRSYS ACRPRDCT - the ACER (apparently) SLIC table entry

<SYSTEM><Manufacturer>ASUS</Manufacturer><Model>All Series</Model></SYSTEM> - the ASUS Motherboard ID

I somehow did something, please check if its ok or not.

So what I did is:

1) I edited the slmgr.vbs.removewat file into slmgr.vbs
2) I used command prompt(with admin rights)
3) I typed slmgr -ipk <the licensed product key>
4) I then typed slmgr -dlv to check the license status, it stated notification
5) I then typed in command prompt(with admin rights) slmgr -rearm
6) computer restarted
7) I typed slmgr -dlv again to check, and the license status is not licensed
EDIT: I'm still not sure if when I updated the product key of the software that it would become LEGALLY licensed

I attached the screenshot from slmgr to here so that you would see the license state

Are there any ways to remove what REMOVEWAT has done to the computer?

Yes - but it'll still throw an error message until you enter a valid Product Key...

Best way to fix it now (since we don't know which version of RemoveWAT was used) is to run WATFix....

Download WATFix - make sure that you UNTICK the box for the 'download manager, AND UNCHECK the 'use download manager' option greyed out on the left under the Download button
Click on the Download button on the left of the page, not the big shiny button on the right (which is an ad for the download manager!!) - and use that - extract the .exe file, and run it, then reboot.
The downloaded file should be named 'Wat Fix.zip rather than anything else - the extracted file is 'Wat Fix.exe'

Post back with another MGADiag report.

(edit)
...OH HELL!!!!!
I just checked the link, and it's gone :( :(
I do have a copy of the file, but since I'd be hosting it on MS servers, I'm reluctant to put it up publicly.

Please Private Message me and I'll send you a link

Just an update:

I told this issue to my supervisor, and then, they said its OK to have that kind of OS, so I guess its not my problem anymore in terms of legal issues, but I would like to know any "Warnings" when we need to activate windows?

Your company runs the risk of being audited by MS, and resulting fines and damages.
I would suggest taking it higher up the management chain!

Due to forum rules we cannot offer any further assistance with this matter,

As Noel has said, your company risks serious Financial penalties for proceeding in what is basically theft of a number of operating systems.

This forum cannot and will not help anyone to circumvent the systems in place to prevent software piracy

Either return the units t the supplier and obtain a full refund or wipe all disks completely and install a legal OS, the ones you have could have keyloggers and such installed. You should also report the vendor to Microsoft so that they can take legal measures against them, rather than you personally or your company
