Hello,
after I switched a broken cpu fan, my notebook acts as if WLAN is deactivated. It shows the icon with the red x in the taskbar and lists no wireless networks. Normally a switch for wlan and bluetooth can be accessed via keys Fn+F3, but that doesn't work anymore.
It could be that I damaged something during the repair. However, the device manager says the wireless adapter works fine, which makes me hesitate to just buy a new one.
In the control panel under "network and internet" there is no wireless connection listed that I could activate.
Any ideas?
