I've been plagued on my gameservers by someone who constantly use cheats, and have been trying to ban his IP via router and windows firewall. No matter I do windows constantly accepts and replies to the IP. It feels like a nightmare and I have no idea why windows isn't doing jack crap when blocking.
I setup outbount and inbound rules not to send/receive to this IP but yet the router and windows processes packets from that address.
It's probably spoofed but does anyone have any idea why this isn't working? I should also mention the game's primary protocol uses UDP.
