Cannot Boot into Windows

Hi. I have a big problem in my laptop today. My laptop started to crash. I shut it down and then I tried to turn it on. It stuck on the "Please Wait" screen. I then shut it down again and turned it on again. I tried the safe mode. First it worked. Later, I tried to do a system restore. It was successfully restored, but things became worse. Safe mode doesn't work and even the atoms-Windows animation became really slow and the screen started to go like lines where you take a picture or video of an old TV and lines go from up to down. System recovery worked, but the startup repair detected no problems, and the line-thing happens for the mouse when I clicked a button to try to reinstall Windows, that is available in HP laptops. Even the LGKC doesn't work! What should I do now?
