Cannot boot Windows 7

Hi.

I had an issue with Adobe. After I cannot reboot at all.
The computer comes to the point in the boot sequence where I can
click DEL to run setup.

At this point it stops.

How can I get rid of that issuse ?

I made a reset of the bios. That cured the issue.
