Solved Cannot change Power Option Button in Start Menu

I am using windows 7 sp1 x64. I am not able to change my power option button action in start menu. It is just disables and i am not able to change it to anything.

Please help me fix this.

Hello Zaidbaby,

With it grayed out, it looks like you may have a group policy (option 4 or 5 below) set for this that prevents it from being changed.

You might see if you may be able to change the Power button action using one of the other options in the tutorial below instead.
