Cannot complete recovery.error 0xc000000f

Hi;

Mine is a HP dv7-3079wm. When I start my computer I received the below Boot Manager screen. I went to BIos (Rev. 3.5) and from Diagnostic ran Primary and Secondary HD Self Test and both passed. Also ran Memory Test and passed as well. Went to Boot Options under System Configuration but the only options are CD Rom, Floppy and Network Adapter. No HD shown.
When I run Recovery Disk Kit (3 disks), 1st and 2nd disk complete installation but when 3rd disk start I receive the Boot Manager message. If I install 1st and 2nd disks and skip the supplemental, the laptop reboot and theres come the message again.
Any advise?

Boot Manager:
Windows failed to start. A recent hardware of software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:

1.Insert your Windows installation disc and restart the computer.
2.Choose your language settings, and then click "Next".
3.Click "Repair your computer."

If you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.

Status: 0xc000000f

Info: The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible.

Hello and welcome aqs sounds awfully like the hard drive might be failing - is there any way you can test it on say another machine by either installing it or using a USB gadget and running Seatools
SeaTools for Windows | Seagate and another that will test the actual surface of the drive -

my laptop has two Hitachi HD's. Are both suppose to be recognize by the Bios? Because they are not. I have and old Dell Latitude D630, can I use it to test the HD's? Yesterday I opened the laptop and switched drives, ran the restore disk but got the Boot Message again. Odds are both are failing.
I will check on a local Tiger Direct to see if they have something to connect the drive via USB or maybe they can check the drives for me.

In a nutshell yes aqs they should both be in the BIOS and yes looks like they are on the edge of failing or at least one is.
If you can get it to boor at all then I suggest backing up all your data if you need to do that you can use this
