Cannot connect to remote desktop connection

Hello, i have installed windows 7 ultimate 64 bit on my computer....i tried connecting to remote desktop but having problems.
So, i went to gpedit.msc and tried following configuration:

Computer configuration,
Administrative templates,
System,
Crededentials delegation....

Now next i want to select "Encryption oracle remediation" and enable it but i dont see this option under credentials delegation...

Can anyone help me out?

This discusses causes of problems with the remediation, although you're not getting an error-

I don't know if either uninstalling the Win 7 update would help or if checking both machines, as they describe, will help.
