cannot delete files in harddisk

my os is win7 32bit,lately i was unable to delete my files in my seagate portable harddisk. wen i tried to delete, on right clicking the files there isnt the 'delete' option

Try to delete it with Unlocker

Try "Unlocker" or "Delete on reboot" software's! Then you can delete that files! use only one software at once!

try the "Del" button in the keyboard.
