Cannot Disable Aero Theme for specific program

Hello and thanks for reading my problem...
i have problem with 3ds max software and i must disable windows visual themes when running that program...
go to the properties of 3ds max and compatibility and then i check "Disable Visual Themes"
and "Disable Desktop Composition" ...but when i run that , nothing happened and windows still in aero mode...
please help me....

i found that it works on 32bit programs but on 64 bit programs it didnt....
any other way?
