Cannot erase data from SSD

Hello,

I have a strange problem with my SSD (ADATA S596 ATA Device 64GB). I cannot erase or install files to it.
I wanted to reinstall Windows to it, but i wasnt able to format or delete it while doing the installation. So i ended up installing it on a HDD which is slower.

So when i clicked on delete is showed like it is empy, but after refresing it showed it isnt.
Tried manually delete a folder/file, and after a few minutes and/or rebooting the computer the folder/file was there again.
Tried formatting it. Also did Hard Disk Sentinel read and write test, which says it will destroy all files. But didnt. And no errors show up.

(i even checked the cable and replaced it, but no success)

Any suggestion? What should i do?

edit1: i can read files, and even run programs perfectly from ssd

When installing to SSD you should disconnect all other hard drives and reconnect once you finished installing and updating. Also have a look at this tutorial http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1649-clean-install-windows-7-a.html

I already have intalled Windows, my problem is with the SSD, that i cannot format it or put new files on it.

When you installed Windows on the older drive did you have the SSD also connected as during the install Windows might have put some files on the SSD. I would reinstall Windows on the SSD with any other drive disconnected following the tutorial above or use this tutorial instead http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219487-clean-reinstall-factory-oem-windows-7-a.html
