cannot find media center

Hi. I hope I am in the right place (new to this)
I had a none genuine win 7 and updated with "get genuine on line" 64 bit but now I have no media center ? a search in start for media center gives no results nor is it in programs.

It may depend on what version of Win 7 you upgraded to and/or what part of the world you live in.
