Cannot find minidump files

Hi,
I have been encountering BSOD's for the last few months. I try to use the SF Diagnostic Tool but the tool says "No Dump Found."
I looked at the "windows" folder, there were none.
How can I configure the system to create minidump files after BSOD?

Well, as a "luck", I just saw another BSOD. I had changed the settings as you had described. I ran the tool, still "no dump files"
What would you suggest to do?

Did you restart after making the changes?

I am not sure at the moment. But will wait to see again, I have crashes every day or two. I will make you know.
