Cannot Format Windows 7

The disk is not prompting to Press Any Key to boot Disk.

Check again in BIOS setup that DVD drive is set first to boot, then HDD>

Or tap the key given on first screen for boot menu to trigger DVD drive.

If this fails it's likely the disk is bad. Confirm ISO and burn another using ImgBUrn at 4x speed.

Where did you get Win7?
 
I guess my disk is bad, what should I do?
