Cannot initialize or format new hd
I successfully installed a hard drive in my win 7 pc and it is recognized but when I right click and select format it says that the the drive is in use and cannot be formatted. When I tried to go into computer mgmt and right clicked on it the option for partition is greyed out. Please help me get this drive up and running!
