Hey Noel I wanted to thank you for all the help you provided. I learned a lot during this timeframe about the registry and what Microsoft has put in place to resolve errors.
I was able to download a copy of Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 and I followed the Repair Install instructions on this forum and I am back up and running with no issues with IE 9. Still downloading Windows Updates and trying to get caught up, but now hesitant to updgrade to IE 10. and even more hestiant on what which windows updates to take, but i guess maybe i should just update it all and hope for the best. I owe you a couple shots and few pints. Cheers
