Cannot install same printer twice

I am trying to install my Canon mg5350 a second time so that I can have one with settings printing black/white and one with settings printing color.
In the past this was very simple. Now adding the same printer just deletes the previous one.
My printer is connected to pc bu USB
So I went to Devices/printers.
Opted for add printer
Choose USB port
Added the new printer using driver that is installed.
Previous printer is gone.

I cant test this right now, but check out this reply from MULTIPLE INSTANCES OF A PRINTER - Microsoft Community

Launch printmanagement.msc . The Devices and Printers UI collapses all printers assigned the same port and driver into one "device" Right click on the "device" and you will see the other copies, but just use printmanagement for printer management for local printers.

Cannot find printmanagement.msc.
Seems to be an issue on Windows7 see Print Management Missing in Windows 7 Home Premium Edition - Microsoft Community
