cannot install SP1 - getting 800f0900 error code

Hello.
For days trying to install SP1 update. My system is Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit.
Tried everything - Update Readiness tool, clean boot, no antivirus.
Attached is CheckSUR.persist.log file.
Please help.

Hello and welcome farman sorry for the wait mate now just how old is the media you are installing or have
installed from because SP1 has been an integral part since forever.

Also mate can wehave some system specs please as what you have posted gives us not that much towork with and given there are so many manufacturers of components andconfigurations that do influence what goes on within any given machine and OS.

Now if you are installing fresh then there is this option http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219487-clean-reinstall-factory-oem-windows-7-a.html and use the ei.cfg removal tool to get the version you have paid for from any borrowed Windows DVD see this Ei.cfg Removal Utility Lets You Use Any Product Key With Your Windows 7 Disc most DVD's since 2010 I think it is has all versions including SP1 - all you need is your activation code.
