cannot login to windows, not even safe mode!!!

when i turn on my computer, the login page doesnt show up, and it just keep black screen, what should i do?

-Well, First of all, It might be a problem with a graphic card, What is the graphic card that you are currently using?
-It might also be with the monitor, do you get to see anything else before this black screen?
-Do you have the latest drivers for the Graphic Card?
