Cannot open WMP and internet explorer. server execution error.

Hi everyone,
I am using windows 7 ultimate x64 on my hp laptop. Since a month, I cannot open wmplayer. if i go to mp3 song and hit play. it tell me server execution error. Also, I cannot start 32 bit or regular internet explorer. I can open x64 internet explorer. I already try to install and uninstall wmp by using control panel .but, it is not working. Please help me out here. I am getting frustrated.

I would suggest opening the command prompt as administrator by right-clicking on Command Prompt and then clicking Run as Administrator (Start --> All Programs --> Accessories --> Command Prompt) and in there typing (without quotes) "sfc /scannow" and let Windows check if there are any corrupt files and fix them. After this has completed, restart your computer and see if the error persists.

I did it. but, still the same problem exist. Also, I cannot open microsoft office suite. it says ms word is unreadable.. Any other suggestions.

I found the solution. the culprit was corrupted files in .net framework.
