Cannot reach "I Agree" buttons on User Agreement screen

OK, this is one WEIRD problem, but also extremely frustrating. I have a new Asus netbook computer running Windows 7 and on certain User Agreement screens where you have to agree by hitting a button on the bottom of the page, the screen is too "long" to even see, much less reach, the buttons!

I have tried fiddling with the "encryption" when I would right-click on it; I have tried to "grab" the screen's edges and shrink it--no luck!

On my Windows Live Messenger screen in "Options", I cannot hit the "Apply" buttons at the bottom of the page! I can only "grab" the pale blue border on top of the screen, and edge it up about a half-centimeter soi I can just see the tops of the buttons, but as soon as I let it go, the screen falls back down nd the buttons are inaccessible.

OK--is there a fix for this? Something that a noob like me doesn't know? This is maddening--to not be able to see PDF's sent in emails because I can't open Adobe Acrobat Reader. I wonder what ELSE I can't do with Windows 7?

Can anyone offer suggestion?!

One of your hotkeys increases screen resolution to 1024 x 768 (from 1024 x 600) and lets you reach all parts of such documents or GUI interfaces, providing you have loaded all your drivers correctly... :)

Just like Qdos says...this is a resolution issue

Install the latest video drivers for your machine then right click->Screen Resolution->Slide the slider all the way to the top for your max resolution supported...

If you desire a lesser resolution I would recommend not to go lower than 1024 X 768

I ran into that on my Daughters netbook. What I did was set the taskbar to auto-hide and after it disappeared off of the screen I was able to see the previously hidden buttons.

Thank you all for your replies and suggestions! I did indeed find the remedy--I had my screen resolution set too high. I set it to get bigger text and numbers on this tiny screen, not realizing that it would impact some programs in such a manner.

To fix it, I went into the Control Panel and changed the screen resolution to the "Recommended" setting. Fixed! Thanks again for everyone's help!:D
