Cannot remove an incoming mail-Freezes all

Goo Day: I have three mail accounts in Windows Live Mail One specific E/M in my Gmail Inbox (with a May date) cannot be deleted. An attempt to do so freezes everything in the window. Would appreciate help here. EdmundoF

Log onto gmail and delete it there.
