I'm asking on this forum as a last resort before I just wipe the whole drive to get this bloody program off of my machine.

Earlier today I uninstalled NOD32 Antivirus 7, and the un-installation went through fine. However when I restarted my computer... it was still there. I have cleaned everything from the registry with CCleaner, done a full clean with Total Uninstall, and searched for (including hidden files and folders) anything on my computer with the name "Nod32" or "ESET" and manually deleted it with Unlocker. I have repeated these processes on both normal mode and safe mode multiple times.

However, even though there is now absolutely nothing on any of drives, registry, or temporary files associated with NOD32... it continues to start up and continue chugging away every time the computer starts. The GUI can still be opened from the taskbar and it can even do updates and scans, even though no program files exist, and NOD32 cannot be found on any "programs and features" lists.

I have no idea what to do, please help.

Thanks, ESET's removal exe worked, annoyed I hadn't heard of it before. :)
