Cannot repair a search index that is corrupt

I keep getting error codes stating that my search index is corrupt but sfc/scannow and checkdsk says all is OK. This is causing many other error codes and i don't know how to fix it , any ideas

I have rebuilt the index to no avail.

Just a suggestion but could disabling index help
Restart and rebuild fresh index file possibly ??
