cannot restore disk is full. no admin privileges

iv looked on these forums for hours now and cant quite find the right answers to my problems. my eventual goal is to factory reset the computer but i have many issues preventing me from doing that.
1 i do not have access to my c drive with win 7 home prem loaded on it. so i try and change my user permissions and cannot access them. i do not have admin privileges. tried the steps in this thread without luck. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/507-built-administrator-account-enable-disable.html i have three user accounts accounts i think. derek, administrator, default profile and i i cannot get my comp to run anything

Explaining exactly what happens after you press the power on button on your PC will help folks help you.

Meanwhile, open the boot options screen (try continuously tapping the F12 key during boot up) and insure that your boot option is not set to legacy boot.
